1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of personal data associated with Sreegen, email privacy@sreegen.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

If your request relates to a Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp integration, mention that integration in your email so we can locate the connected account, workspace, sender, or webhook records.

2. What to Include

Please include enough information for us to verify and process the request:

• Your full name.
• Your Sreegen account email address, if available.
• Your company or workspace name, if applicable.
• The phone number, WhatsApp Business sender, or integration account involved, if relevant.
• A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted.

3. Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

4. Limited Retention

Some records may be retained where required for billing, accounting, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable law. Where deletion is not legally possible, we restrict or anonymise data where appropriate.
